We were very pleased to be asked by a long time Chimney sweeping customer of ours, to install a new stove into their new house that they were going to be moving too, once fully refurbished. We met with customers & agreed on Clearview Pioneer 400 stove & to keep the Victorian style slate surround but open up the recess for the stove to sit in, Once we started to knock out the insert & rubble the customer liked the original brickwork finish & decided to add this as a feature whilst keeping the slate surround & adding new slate hearth, we installed liner & backfill insulation & connected up to the excellent Clearview stove, new pot, cowl & flaunching on chimney stack.. We & the customer absolutely love the finish & they cant wait to move in & use it once all building works completed, until then the stove is under wraps…
